As part of the East Riding's Festival of Words and Burton Agnes Schools work on developing a love of reading we were fortunate to have an author in school last week. James Nichol,who has written The Apprentice Witch series of books, came in to school to inspire children to read and write. Armed with boxes of strange objects he ignited the children's imagination to develop story ideas . A fabulous opportunity for all of the children in KS2.
